With our embroidering technique it is very easy to manufacture flexible, electric textile heating elements in high and low volume production. To achieve this, the desired pattern is laid out once with the help of a special CAD software. The machine is then able to produce heating elements with high productivity, accuracy and repeatability. In the process highly flexible heating conductors are placed onto the support material in a meandering structure. Creating surface heating elements and resistor heating elements whose precision is exceeded by hardly anything. No matter if you are looking for 12 V heating elements, customised heating pads or 230 V heating foils,we work to satisfy our clients' demands.
One of the advantages of our flexible heating elements and heating pads is the absolute freedom our clients have in designing the layout. The size of the finished product can as easily be individualised as its heating power and the precise definition of where that power should be located. Round heating foils, 3D-heating elements or flexible heating pads for seat heaters are no challenge at all. Furthermore, our surface heating elements are highly flexible and bending resistant even if bended sharply. With our technology and the flexible support materials we are also able to produce very large heating entities (e.g. 1400x1000mm)with these properties.
Finished heating elements and heating pads can then be sewn or glued into place in the finished product. To ease that process we are able to produce self-adhesive heating foils. With the right kind of base or support materials such as scrim it is furthermore possible to heat air streams and fluids. In all possible areas of application the range of temperature is freely selectable. We are also able to integrate thermo-switches into our heating elements to secure the targeted temperature. Our heating elements thus advance to veritable heating systems.
